CRAFT Family Support Group
This Family Support Group is for the family members and friends concerned about their loved ones who live with a substance use disorder. This program is based on the Community Reinforcement and Family Training (CRAFT) model. The CRAFT model is a highly effective, evidence-based, motivational program that impacts families in multiple areas of their lives.

Thank you for your interest in the CRAFT Family Support Group! I am here to help guide you through the process, helping you feel safe and giving you real time solutions to help yourself and your loved ones on your path to recovery.
Location- Virtual from the comfort of your own home. Please find a quiet secure place to join groups virtually. We utilize Zoom for video conferencing.
Time- Sunday 3:00- 4:00
Facilitator- Cheyann Peckinpaugh is a Masters Level Addiction Specialist and Certified Trauma specialist who has been working in the field of addiction since 2016. She is CRAFT trained and certified. She has experienced addiction as a family disease first hand after losing a close family member to the disease and knows the pain and stigma that is associated with families.
Investment- $25/per group (Scholarships available based on income). I use a confidential client portal called Simple Practice that you will have access to for group forms and payment. You will be charged weekly after each session or you can save by paying a one time fee at the beginning of the 12-week group of $250. I accept all major credit cards and HSA accounts. I am an out of network provider.
